The Board of Directors is composed of eminent Nigerians drawn from various professional fields with the executive function being headed by Engr.Tony Ihenacho in the position of Group Managing Director.

ENGR. TONY IHENACHO - GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR

Engr. Tony Ihenacho, is a Maritime Executive, a versatile and seasoned Mechanical Engineer.

MR. UCHENNA IHENACHO - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Uchenna Ihenacho is a Master’s Graduate with more than 7years’ experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.

MR. HUMPHREY E. OKOH - DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr Okoh is a lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Engr. Chris Mbata studied Marine Engineering at Moores University in Liverpool England.

Mr. Victor Otoide is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 28 years combined working experience in stockbroking, Telecoms and Oil and Gas. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
