Kizito holds a Law degree and an MBA from the prestigious Madonna University, Okija, Anambra State
and University of
Ife, Ife Ife, Osun State.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in
2008. His professional
experience exposed him to various aspects of Law/Legal practice; having worked with the Law Firm of
Prof. Abiodun
Adesanya & Co. (SAN), (as a Counsel), Goldstream Solicitors, (as a Senior Counsel), Crane & Clarks
Legal, (as an
Associate/Partner) and Dan Kizito & Co., (as a Consultant). Kizito was later appointed the Company
Secretary/Legal
Adviser of Integrated Oil and Gas Limited in 2015 which he holds till date.
He has attended various Workshop/Seminars on Oil and Gas, Maritime, Business Policies, etc. He is a
member of various
bodies such as the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Nigeria
Institute of Management.
