Helen A. Amajuoyi is a passionate Human Resources professional with over 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas (Down Stream) and Construction Industries   
She is well grounded as an HR Generalist and has expertisein Talent Sourcing and Retention, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organization Development, Trainings. She obtained her first degree in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University. She is equally a Chartered member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPMN) and Institute of Human Resources &Strategic Management. She has attended several trainings. Presently, she heads our HR and Admin Department where she operates the HR Business Partner model in providing exceptional HR and Admin support services to the business and working on the change Management initiative (Integrated working System).
